The house is entirely built y Robert. Over the years, he incorporated many elements based on how he like to live life. Then, when it came time for the grounds, he sculpted about 12 acres for lawn, drainage, tennis court, pond, runway, motocross track all while planting grasses , plants and trees that the wildlife love to eat.
